The following scenarios scenarios not eligible for refunds:
“I forgot to cancel”
Membership cancellation is a simple process. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will still have access until your current membership period expires. Most memberships automatically renew every 30 or 90 days. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. We can not give refunds for a forgotten cancellation.
“The videos don’t work!”
The videos are fully optimized for all desktop and mobile devices. The videos automatically adapts to your screen size and resolution as well plays the format preferred by your operating system and browser. We test our videos and websites daily for issues, but we cannot control individual factors like your personal internet connection, or the version of your browser or mobile device. We will be happy to help you try to troubelshoot your issues, but we cannot issue refunds for individual connection problems. “The website was not what I expected when I joined”
The supported websites have free tour areas setup to carefully represent an honest expectation of exclusive content, including the update schedule that can be accessed once the membership has been purchased. Once a subscription has been purchased and the members area accessed, we cannot issue refunds for a change of heart.
“My son / relative / friend used my credit card to subscribe”
If your payment method was used without your permission, this is a case of payment fraud and you should contact your bank to resolve the issue. We cannot issue refunds directly if your card was used by a friend or relative to signup for one of our services.
“I cannot log in with my password”
Your username and password aresent via email when you initially signup. Fill in the form below to receive your password via email. If you did not receive a confirmation email you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you subscribed, and you can contact us with your username or other membership details to try to look up your account.
Chargebacks policy
We pride ourselves for having high membership satisfaction and the ability to solve most customer support cases in timely manner. Please carefully read our refunds policy as outlined above and click here to contact us with your inquiry. Be reminded that chargebacks have both your personal and credit card information submitted to the online fraud database. All online credit card and online billing companies use and share this database. Once listed in the database you will not be able to use your credit card for new online purchases. Be aware it’s not possible to get removed from the ban list once added. This is a automated process we do not have control over.
